8. ADMISSION TEST

Only short listed candidates will be allowed to sit for the Admission Test. The short lists will be prepared based on the results of the candidates in their SSC & HSC and GCE or equivalent examinations.

Before preparing the short list, the FF, RA and GCE candidates will need to prove their eligibility to the Admission Committee. The date of verification of FF, RA and GCE applications is 17 October 2019.  The FF, RA and GCE candidates will receive SMS notification for this through OnnoRokom Software Ltd. as noted below.

Each applicant of the FF quota will receive the message in your mobile number: "You must bring your parent's freedom fighter documents at the time of appearing before the Verification Committee of AUST on 17.10.2019 at 9.00 am".

Each applicant of RA quota will receive the message in your mobile number: "You must bring the copies of testimonials from your school and/or college and residency certificate at the time of appearing before Verification Committee of AUST on 17.10.2019 at 9:00 am".

Each applicant of GCE will receive the message: "You must bring the copies of certificates and grade sheets of your O & A Level   examinations" and testimonials from your school and/or college at the time of appearing before Verification Committee of AUST on 17.10.2019 at 9:00 am".

The shortlist of candidates for Admission Test of GL, FF, RA and GCE groups will be published on 24.10.2019 in the University Notice Board and website. The Admission Test Roll No. of all the eligible candidates will also be published along with the short list. There will be an MCQ type Admission Test on Mathematics (100 marks), Physics (100 marks), Chemistry (100 marks) and English (20 marks) from HSC syllabus for the candidates seeking admission to Engineering Faculty (Architecture and all Engineering programs) on 01.11.2019 at 9.30 am in the AUST campus. The duration of Admission Test will be 1 hour - 45 minutes.

All the eligible candidates for Admission Test will receive the following message from OnnoRokom Software Ltd. "You are selected for Admission Test on 01.11.2019 at 9.30 am."

Candidates must bring their Admit Card downloaded from admission website (https://aust.admission.online) along with a recent colored PP size photograph, at the time of Admission Test without which they will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. You must retain your admit card until your admission is complete in this University.
