The students of the 11th batch of Department of
Architecture, Ahsanullah University of Science and technology have
demonstrated their concluding projects through final jury that has
been held from
October 22, 2008
to
October 23, 2008
at the jury space of the permanent campus. The two days jury has
occurred in four sessions, which is an outcome of high endeavour
of the students for the last fourteen weeks of their final
semester design studio.
The Jury was inaugurated by the Head of the department of
Architecture, Dr. M.A. Muktadir, along with all the faculty
members and students of the department of architecture. The two
day jury session was successfully carried on with presence of Ar.
Abdur Rahman, Professor Dr. Mahbubur Rahman, Ar. Mubasshar Hussain,
Ar. Bashirul Haq, Professor Haroon Ur Rashid, Professor Shamsul
Wares, Ar. Muhammad Abdur Rashid Professor Mohammad Ali Naqi, Ar.
Falguni Mallick, Ar.
Mustasim Mahmood Khan, Ar. Rashidul Hasan, and others. They gave
their valuable comments on student’s final projects.
23 projects from students presented in jury shows their
distinctiveness in completing their project in various field such
as institutional, academic, commercial, recreational, resort,
airport etc. These multidisciplinary projects have been
appreciated, criticised and acclaimed by the invited jurors and
the viewers.
This design studio was guided and supervised by the senior and
experienced faculties Mr. A.B.M. Mahbubul Malik, Mr. Shehzad Zahir
and Ms. Urmee Chowdhury. |
